As a women, I often feel conflicted about timelines. Society places so much pressure on women to do and be everything. I find that it has been helpful knowing who I was before I set up goals for myself, both short and long term. I know I am not one of those people hung up on what age a women should be when she marries or anything like that. So based on that, I have been able to make thoughtful, realistic life goals best suited for me!

I often feel like I let opportunities slip away, simply because I could not communicate how I feel. Looking back at it now, at least half of those time I wish I had said something. Therefore is it a good thing I didn't because there was a 50% chance I might have regretted saying something, OR is 50% a good enough percentage to take the risk? This can be applied to Love, Work and even communicating with friends and family.
