-SHOPPING-
Because I have been going on a lot of interviews lately (I'm looking for a new job), I want to invest in some more professional, summer-friendly blazers. I'm heading to Zara to try on this and this one from Aritzia. Any other suggestions?
-FOOD-
I am going out to dinner tomorrow night for summerlicious aka Toronto restaurant week. I will be hitting Auberge du Pommier (my favorite place for high-end dinning in Toronto). Here is their summerlicious menu.

ya I think the Aritzia blazers are pretty perfect. I have a few in different colours. can't go wrong.

i, personally, tend to avoid zara, because i am frequently disappointed with the lack of natural fibers and the construction. i would invest in a really nice piece, in a cream or perhaps a light charcoal. banana, j. crew are having sales right now on spring and summer pieces, i have had great luck there.
ReplyDeletealso, any major department store in your area is definitely going to have spring and summer pieces on sale. it may be more of a hunt, but could be worth it in the long run.

I totally get what you are saying. Zara has been hit and miss with me in terms of quality. I am def going to check out Jcrew and even The Bay which has amazing brands that often go on sale,
